TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services ("Services") provided by Marketing Innovations Automation ("MIA", "us", "we", or "our") accessible via our website ("Website"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
SERVICES
MIA offers an all-in-one software solution designed to automate and enhance your business's sales process online. We offer various packages, as detailed below, to cater to a diverse range of business needs.
Solopreneur Package: Includes features such as Unlimited Sales Funnels, Contact Management, Social Messaging, etc. for a monthly fee of $97.
Innovator Package: Includes features from the Solopreneur Package, along with additional services like Reputation Management, ChatGPT Integration, Social Media Planner, etc., and 1 hour of coaching once per month for a monthly fee of $297.
Master Package: Includes all features from the Innovator Package and additional services such as Creating Unlimited Websites, Membership & Course Builder, Shopify Integration, etc., and 2 hours of coaching once a week for a monthly fee of $497.

COACHING SERVICES
Jorge Cruz and his associated team ("the Coaches") agree to provide group coaching services ("Services") to MIA Users. These Services aim to augment the understanding of MIA Users, supplying them with advanced knowledge and strategic guidance to better utilize MIA for their business promotion efforts online.
Jorge Cruz, acting as the Master Coach, primarily imparts knowledge concerning the strategy and philosophy of marketing. His approach forms the foundation of the Services offered. From time to time, for specific technical and tactical topics, other members of the coaching team may be delegated to deliver coaching sessions. These team members, who operate under the philosophical guidance of Jorge Cruz, supplement the Master Coach's teachings with their detailed understanding of specific areas of marketing.
These Services are designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the time and financial investments made by MIA Users for online business promotions. MIA Users' use of these Services signifies their agreement to the terms of engagement, including adherence to guidelines, payment terms, dispute resolution procedures, and other conditions as outlined in this Agreement. The Services provided by the Coaches under no circumstance constitute a guarantee for increased business performance or profits. They are offered as an educational supplement to aid MIA Users in their digital marketing efforts. By availing of these services, MIA Users acknowledge and agree to this arrangement.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Services and that we may charge your selected payment method for such fees. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, all fees are non-refundable.
SUPPORT
We provide various levels of support depending on the chosen package. For the Innovator and Master packages, we offer email and chat support in Spanish. Scheduled Zoom support is available for Master package subscribers, including weekends.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and services provided by MIA are the property of MIA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the location of MIA's primary place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
